Rick Genest - Zombie Boy

Rick Genest famously known as Zombie Boy, or Rico, was first famous for being one of few people living in MontrĂ©al, Canada who had their entire body tattooed. He was also famous for being a star attraction on freak show circus on the outskirts of MontrĂ©al. The circus was more of a play that showcased the seven deadly sins, he played the mortal sin of sloth.  Genest spend more than four years inking his body, spending over $7,000 on tattoos that were mostly designed by Montreal tattoo artist Frank Lewis.

If you find him familiar, its because you were one of the 20million who viewed Lady Gaga's - Born This Way music video in scenes where Lady Gaga wore makeup to replicate Genest's tattoos. In the video, Lady Gaga gave birth to Rick as he represented evil in the world. Later on Gaga was shown caressing Rick.

Ever since Lady Gaga’s stylist/newly appointed creative director of Thierry Mugler, Nicola Formichetti, plucked him out of relative obscurity and cast him in Gaga’s “Born This Way” video, the once homeless Genest has risen to stardom faster than you can say “homeless tattooed man rises to stardom.”
