NOOKA releases the mini nookanooka

Nooka Inc. has teamed up with legendary artists and toy designers Jeremy Madl, Ilovedust, Shin Tanaka and Matthew Waldman to commemorate the release of the new mini NookaNooka. Created by Waldman, the NookaNooka is an urban vinyl collector’s toy. Not only is it made of similar materials as other Nooka products, it also represents our innovative approach to design, pushing the limits of creativity and changing the way people think about objects.

The NookaNooka’s physiology is transient, eternal in his world and ephemeral in ours - beyond imagination - like something you are told is not real, like something you can’t taste, but can feel. Jeremy Madl, ilovedust, Shin Tanaka and Matthew Waldman displayed their artistic talent by designing their own custom mini NookaNooka collabs.

Look for the mini NookaNooka to be released in November 2009.

RECAP: Juan Maclean -The Formula 'Juan' Party + NOOKA timepiece

It was a 'back to back' F1 party all over Singapore over the past week..
Glad that it happened..sad that its over..

One of the highlight besides celebrities and pop stars performances for the F1 parties is Juan Maclean's one night gig in Singapore celebrating MOET 100th anniversay and also the presence of NOOKA in Singapore.DFA club music maestro Juan MacLean has been laying groundwork. First, there were killer singles, from “By The Time I Get to Venus” in 2002, to last year’s international mega hit & critical year-end favorite “Happy House” as well as the “The Simple Life”. There was a debut full-length (Less Than Human, 2005); remixes for colleagues like Air, Chicken Lips, Daft Punk, David Gahan, Matthew Dear; international tours with Cut Copy and Shocking Pinks; and DJ gigs from Telluride to Tel Aviv.
